Growing & Care
We grow and maintain our plants in temperatures between 72–78°F and around 55–58% humidity. We recommend keeping plants in a similar environment or acclimating slowly to your home conditions to avoid stress.

I am not responsible for loss, damage, or shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier. Please arrange prompt pickup upon delivery and do not leave packages exposed to heat or cold. An unboxing video is required for any claims and must be sent within 2 hours of the recorded delivery time. Temperatures below 50°F require thermo-insulation. Temperatures below 40°F require the addition of a heat pack and upgraded UPS 2 Day Air shipping for any claim consideration.
